We don't send a price and disappear. Here's exactly how we'll work with you — from your first question to a tester running on your line.

From RFQ to running on your line

1

You submit the RFQ

You: share part, spec, cycle time, volume and timeline.

We: use those details to begin the right conversation.

2

We reach out within 1 business day

A Zaxis rep calls or emails within one business day to schedule a short discovery call — we verify your application details (part, spec, pressures, cycle time, volume) before we quote. This call is required for an accurate quote.

3

Application review

4

Demo

See the recommended tester on your parts — live, remote, or at our Salt Lake City lab.

5

Quote

Itemized tester, fixtures, options, calibration and support, with lead time. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

6

Order

Send a PO or pay by card per the quote terms. We acknowledge your order within 48 hours when your PO terms match the quote, then confirm the ship date and coordinate startup.

Why the process

Leak testing is application-specific; a spec-driven quote and a test on your parts is how we avoid the wrong tester on your line. The wrong tester on the line costs more than a 20-minute call. ISO 9001:2015 registered.
