V-Series dispense volume range.

Milliliter Metering Pump
The Zaxis V-Series is a milliliter valveless metering pump for applications that require controlled dispensing across a broad fluid-handling range. V-Series heads dispense from 25 µL to 1.28 mL per revolution and meter up to 1920 mL/min, combining rugged performance with precision and repeatability.
V-SAN pump heads are designed for ease of disassembly. They use ISO male gauge threads as standard, allowing compression-type fittings in a wide range of imperial and metric sizes. Selecting the piston size closest to the maximum required volume supports the best accuracy and precision for the application.
The stepper-driven VMP-OEM-V drive is designed for V-Series heads and is intended for neat chemistry as well as some slurries, pastes, gels and creams. Typical VMP-OEM-V flow is below 1000 mL/min and pressure is below 100 PSI; RS485, PLC I/O and Ethernet connections are standard.
For more demanding flow, pressure or viscosity requirements, the servo-driven VMP-OEM-VS has nearly four times the torque. It can handle flow near 2,000 mL/min and back pressure up to 200 psi while accepting common V-Series heads. V-Series head accuracy is ±1% full scale with 0.5% full-scale CV repeatability.
Request for QuoteThe V-Series combines a rugged, disassemblable V-SAN head with stepper or servo drive options for milliliter metering and dispensing. Its volume range, broad selection of compression fittings and choice of VMP-OEM-V or VMP-OEM-VS drives provide a starting point for matching a pump to the process.

The V-Series provides V-SAN head options together with stepper and servo drive choices. That pairing supports applications ranging from typical VMP-OEM-V dispensing below 1000 mL/min and 100 PSI to more demanding VMP-OEM-VS work near 2,000 mL/min and 200 psi back pressure.
The eVmP family uses a patented valveless design and digitally controlled system-wide volumetric adjustments. For a V-Series dispense cycle, the piston handles fluid movement while the selected electronic program determines the requested operation.
The piston draws fluid into the milliliter pump head through the inlet path.
The piston’s rotation seals the inlet, preparing the metering path for the programmed dispense.
The piston dispenses the selected volume through the outlet path; V-Series heads cover 25 µL to 1.28 mL per revolution.
The drive continues metering or repeats a single, multiple or flow-dispense program, with flow direction and suck-back operating modes available.
See the VMP video tutorial for an introduction to the pump. The precise internal valveless cycle wording beyond this generic description requires owner confirmation.
The V-Series is designed for milliliter metering and dispensing in automated fluid handling. Its 25 µL to 1.28 mL per-revolution range, meter rate up to 1920 mL/min and VMP-OEM-V/VMP-OEM-VS drive options make it relevant wherever controlled fluid delivery is needed.

Head choice, piston size, fitting and wetted-path configuration should be matched to the maximum dispense volume and fluid-handling requirement. Drive speed depends on viscosity, so flow and pressure guidance should be considered with the application. The final configuration should match the fluid, dispense volume, process timing and connection requirements. The configuration discussion can account for the selected V-Series head, fitting standard and drive option. Review operating conditions with Zaxis before final equipment selection.
The eVmP range spans different dispensing volumes and drive configurations. Choose the V-Series when the application needs milliliter dispensing from 25 µL to 1.28 mL per revolution and metering up to 1920 mL/min. Choose the VMP-OEM-V for typical flow below 1000 mL/min and 100 PSI, or evaluate the VMP-OEM-VS for higher flow, pressure or viscosity work near 2,000 mL/min and 200 psi.
